These people are one of the best for convertible top service I've dealt with. I've been driving a convertible for more than 2 decades and any issues I have go to them. If you need anything in that arena.... take it to them

I'm a owner of a 2009 Mercury Milan (with the Premiere package) with a leaking sunroof. I visited the location and requested for a quote for repair. They can't help me due to the fact I have applied a temporary seal in order to prevent the leak getting worse and causing more damage to the headliner. Claim if they agreed to service the problem, will have to replace the entire assembly and the price will be $3200.00. That's terrible! That's what my car is worth for a trade in value! The Ford cd3 platform (Fusion Milan MKZ) Are the most popular vehicles currently and have a very good resale value. I believe on my vehicle is just a seal issue and have owned it for almost 3 yrs. I have tested the drains earlier and it flows pretty good. Hope there's another place that's willing to help with good service and reasonable price.

I've resisted for a while posting my comments. The replacement top for my convertible quality is bad that I purchased from Fisher Griffin and took 4 attempts to get right so that it wouldn't leak. After the top being taken on and off four times the whole construction of the top feels weaken, there are squeeks that weren't there before, and I don't have faith this will be a long lasting fix. I believe they tried to do their best but just wasn't in the cards. There was messes left in the car for me to clean up after their techs installed. Multiple trips back and forth. Even one call on the four install that I was going have to invest in a head liner that was damaged during the final install. They ended up figuring out a way to "fix" it without me or them replacing the damaged headliner. Over all a poor experience that I think could have been avoidee if the quality of the product was better.

Stopped in to get the soft top cover on my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis evaluated by professional to see if it needed to be replaced. Was greeted by a very nice gentleman who told me there was no problem with the soft top now, but that when the time came to replace it, it would cost x dollars and that I should come back and see him then. It's refreshing to see a good old-fashioned company with honest people working at it. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
